1. Following a holistic approach (looking at development of the whole person)
2. Using only the best, preferably accredited, service providers;
3. Obtaining the buy in of most important stakeholders;
4. Building a solid reputation known for delivery, and sound values and ethics;
5. Ensuring the long-term sustainability of the enterprise (also with regards to enough funding)
